From the HCHB President

Greetings to one and all
It sure has been interesting to write these updates for HCHB. There are times that I wonder if what has been written makes much sense, but I know that it has been an encouragement for me. Recently, I heard a message about the fruit of the Spirit, and it causes me to ponder the times when I was flowing in those gifts. The two parts of the message really stood out to me. The first part was the last portion of that passage that says “keep in step”, or “walk” which to me means “go”. We don’t walk if we aren’t going somewhere. The second part was the portion, “against such things there is no law”. To me that means “reckless abandonment” in these “habits/fruit”. Most of you know that I’m not the most tactful or polished person, but what I lack there, I make up in passion.
This letter has been late for one reason. We needed to have a board meeting and we wanted to include some things from that meeting. So without any farther ado, here are the individuals who give of there time, talents and skills to help make this organization what it is. Again, none of us are paid in any way, shape or form for what we do.
